Of course cats of Siberian descent and the like are spectacular cats. My aunt had three of them-Pick, Mab and Sir Wisky. Yes I know, it's not like she had that much imagination for names my grandmother anyway. The point is that I wanted to get one too but she advised me against it because I live in an environment where the temperature is very hot and she assumed it might suffer. Can anyone tell me if that is the case? Do they suffer so much from the heat? I mean in the end it's not like I'm in the Sahara desert.

It must be said that they have a very thick fur, with a thick undercoat. With the right precautions it can be, I think, anywhere.
