Tickets currently cost around 17 euros. I am talking about full tickets, as there are reduced or group tickets. The best time to visit the Pistoia zoo in my opinion is spring or late summer. Even though the entire zoo is in the shade and has many places to rest and cool off, going when it is very hot is reductive, both for those who go and for the animals that are hidden in the shade and are difficult to see.
