Cinderella

A very quenching cocktail but that is also a great antioxidant.

Ingredients for a person

  • 60 grams pineapple juice
  • 60 grams orange juice
  • 60 grams lemon juice
  • crushed ice, just enough
  • to garnish a slice of lemon or orange

We use the mixer for this recipe, add the various juices after putting some crushed ice and serve very cold.

Basil syrup

It is a very useful syrup for different types of non-alcoholic cocktails, also serves to make more good homemade cakes and also serves as a remedy against cough and sore throat.

You can also prepare it at home, melting 250 grams of water with 80 grams of sugar, then add a dozen basil leaves and let the mixture macerate for a couple of hours. It is stored for a few days in the fridge.

To conclude I will say that to make non-alcoholic cocktails you also need a lot of imagination. You can make them with so many types of seasonal fruits smoothies and passed to the colander, the additions to the juices are almost always ginger ale, tonic water and ice.
