Non-alcoholic cocktail recipes
It's summer, and there is no shortage of opportunities for outdoor birthday parties, barbecues with friends and dinners under the moon. What could be better than a fresh and tasty non-alcoholic cocktail, to drink in company without worrying about having to drive home.
So here are plenty of recipes to colour our glasses on summer evenings. We are spoilt for choice among the many colourful, strictly non-alcoholic cocktails, many of whose ingredients are also good for our health. For example, ginger, which is used in several cocktail preparations, is a good anti-inflammatory and can be used against headaches or joint pains.
So let's start with the non-alcoholic versions of the most popular cocktails.

Cinderella

Ingredients for one person
- grams 60 pineapple juice
- grams 60 orange juice
- grams 60 lemon juice
- crushed ice, just enough
- for garnish a slice of lemon or orange
We use a blender for this recipe, add the various juices after crushed ice and serve chilled.
Basil syrup

It can also be prepared at home by dissolving 250 g of water with 80 g of sugar, then add a dozen basil leaves and leave the mixture to macerate for a couple of hours. It keeps for a few days in the fridge.
To conclude I will say that to make non-alcoholic cocktails you also need a lot of imagination. They can be made with many types of seasonal fruit blended and strained, the additions to the juices are almost always ginger ale, tonic water and ice.
