Office does not start, install or uninstall
If the microsoft office 365 suite does not install, uninstall or start up, there may be some program in the background that prevents this. In this video guide I will explain a possible solution that worked for me ‘before’ I got my hands into the windows registry.
As shown in this video, simply click on the windows flag, type the word msconfig in the search field and press enter. When the window opens, you will have to disable ‘non-microsoft’ services and restart your computer.
Applying my guide can save you a lot of time and you should do this before attempting anything else. Remember that by disabling services, some associated programmes may not work properly.
This guide assumes that there are no conflicts within different versions of the office package, that you have done a thorough virus scan and that the programme is original and active.
Microsoft already knows that there can be problems with installing, starting or uninstalling the office suite and has therefore provided a tool that you can download directly from the official website. If even with this tool you cannot solve the problem, if you are familiar with it, you can refer to this guide.
Since there are many in-depth guides on the web on the subject and since this issue is dealt with very extensively on the manufacturer's site, it is perfectly useless to write an article copying from other guides on the web, but I urge you to tell me your problems by leaving a comment at the bottom of this article.
In time, I hope to be able to write more guides on microsoft and the office package.
