It's summer, do not miss the occasion of birthday parties outdoors, bbq with friends or intimate dinners under the moon. What's better than a cool and delicious non-alcoholic cocktails, to drink in company without worry of having to drive back.
Here so many recipes to color our glasses in the summer evenings. There is only the embarrassment of choice among the many and colorful cocktail strictly non-alcoholic and that many of the ingredients will be good also to our health. also here is working the shaker where, after having put the ice combine syrup and orgeat to the mint and the milk. Shake all the ingredients and serve.
Ingredients for one glass.
ml 150 sparkling water
half of lime and a slice to garnish the glass
5 mint leaves
1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
crush with a pestle into a container and lime crushed with cane sugar. Put the mint leaves, stirring for a sciuparle, at this point, combine the sparkling water and the ice.
Also this is version soft of the most famous pina colada, of course in this version there is the rum.
Ingredients for one glass:
gr 230 of coconut milk
gr 90 pineapple juice
1 squirt of lime juice
to garnish the glass with a slice of pineapple.
For this cocktail we use the shaker. Put in the container the ice and pineapple juice, add the lime juice and shake all the ingredients. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
Doses for 2 glasses:
300 grams of tomato sauce
1 small bottle of tonic water
4/5 drops of tabasco
a pinch of salt and one of pepper.
mix the tomato sauce with the water, tonic water, salt and pepper, add the drops of tabasco, and crushed ice. Serve with a parsley leaf for garnish.
This is the most famous non-alcoholic cocktails created for the little actress.
cl 100 of tonic water (or soda)
cl 100's of ginger ale (a drink made of extract of ginger root)
cl 50 of grenadine syrup
ice just enough.
mix tonic water (or soda), with the ginger ale and grenadine syrup, add the crushed ice and serve with the seal of a slice of lemon or lime.
1 small bottle of ginger ale (it's a soft drink with a base of ginger root extract),
cl 6 pink grapefruit juice
cl 2 syrup of basil.
also in this case, mix crushed ice with the ginger ale, the juice of the pink grapefruit and the syrup of basil. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
ingredients for 2 glasses:
gr 50 raspberries
150 gr strawberries
1 small bottle of tonic water.
wash and cut the strawberries and raspberries, put them in a blender and blend. Then move the mixture that is created in a strainer to remove any lumps and seeds, combined the mixture with the tonic water and crushed ice and serve with a strawberry or a raspberry to garnish.
A cocktail is very refreshing but is also an excellent antioxidant.
Ingredients for one person
gr 60 pineapple juice
gr 60 orange juice
g 60 lemon juice
crushed ice, enough
garnish with a slice of lemon or orange
We use the mixer for this recipe, add the juice after you put the crushed ice and serve very cold.
It is a syrup, very useful for different types of non-alcoholic cocktails, also serves to make good homemade pies and also serves as a remedy against cough and sore throat.
You can prepare at home by dissolving 250 grams of water with grams 80 of sugar, then add about ten basil leaves and allow to marinate in the mixture for a couple of hours. It keeps for a few days in the fridge.
To conclude I will say that in order to make non-alcoholic cocktails, you will also need lots of imagination. You can realize with the many types of seasonal fruit smoothies, and passed through a sieve, added to the juices are almost always ginger ale, tonic water and ice.
