A cocktail is very refreshing but is also an excellent antioxidant.

gr 60 orange juice

g 60 lemon juice

crushed ice, enough

We use the mixer for this recipe, add the juice after you put the crushed ice and serve very cold.

Syrup of basil

It is a syrup, very useful for different types of non-alcoholic cocktails, also serves to make good homemade pies and also serves as a remedy against cough and sore throat.

You can prepare at home by dissolving 250 grams of water with grams 80 of sugar, then add about ten basil leaves and allow to marinate in the mixture for a couple of hours. It keeps for a few days in the fridge.

To conclude I will say that in order to make non-alcoholic cocktails, you will also need lots of imagination. You can realize with the many types of seasonal fruit smoothies, and passed through a sieve, added to the juices are almost always ginger ale, tonic water and ice.
